Does Grocer's have a physical store?
No, Grocer's does not have a physical store. In order to buy, you must use the online store at https://grocersfood.com/cabazes-para-oferecer-e-cabazes-de-natal/ and follow the purchasing procedures. You can collect your order from Grocer's offices in Porto, at Rua S. João de Brito, 435 - 2º Dto. You can also order or ask for a quote by emailing Request a quote for Baskets or calling +351919567974
How can I buy it?
It's very simple, just go here https://grocersfood.com/cabazes-para-oferecer-e-cabazes-de-natal/ and choose the reference you prefer, click on the "Buy" button and fill in all the details requested, including the payment method.
How long does delivery take?
For deliveries in mainland Portugal, Grocer's gives a maximum of 4 working days from the moment it confirms that the order has been paid for in full. For deliveries to the Azores and Madeira, the CTT Expresso service may take between 6 and 9 working days, although during festive seasons, such as Christmas, it may take longer. For international deliveries please contact us by email info@grocersfood.com
Can I collect my order from Grocer's premises?
Yes, you can. When you confirm your order online, there is an option that you must check if you want to collect your order from our premises at Rua S. João de Brito 435 - 4100-454 Porto. In this case, you don't pay for transportation.
Can I return a package I've already received?
Yes, of course you can! You may have made a mistake, or you may even change your mind after receiving it, but please note that you cannot open the packages or try them on. For the return to be accepted, your order must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent and you must do so within 14 calendar days of receiving the order (see delivery receipt from the carrier or email from Grocer's). Shipping costs and bank fees will be your responsibility.
How do I return my order?
If your order has not been handled, and if you are still within 14 calendar days of receiving it, you can email us at info@grocersfood.com with the details of your order (not forgetting a telephone number and the method of payment made), stating the reasons for the return; you should repackage it with due care so that during transportation the order arrives in good condition and nothing breaks. How can I get my money back?
You must send us an email to info@grocersfood.com with all the details of your order, including the method of payment made. After receiving your order back, Grocer's will check that it is in perfect condition and, if so, will refund the same amount paid by the same means of payment.
What should I do if the packaging is damaged?
If upon receipt of your order you notice any damage, such as spilled liquids, torn cardboard, a crushed box or any other visible problem with the outer packaging, you should always note this on the carrier's receipt and contact us immediately by email at info@grocersfood.com or by phone at +351 91 9567974. Grocer's will look into the matter immediately.
What should I do if my package is damaged?

How can I get my money back if my package is damaged?
Send us an email to info@grocersfood.com with photo(s) or call us on +351 91 9567974. We will immediately analyze the incident. It is important that you always send us a photo(s). Grocer's will refund the value of your order or immediately replace the damaged product(s), on a case-by-case basis. If it is confirmed that you have unduly received a damaged or deteriorated product, the cost of returning it will be borne by Grocer's.
Do they deliver to another address?
Yes, Grocer's will deliver your order to the address of your choice. Just make sure that someone is always there to receive your order. Don't forget to add the phone number of the person you want to send the order to at the checkout.
Do you deliver to the Azores and Madeira?
Yes, although the site isn't set up with this option, Grocer's delivers to the Azores and Madeira. Just send a quote request to info@grocersfood.com and we'll send you the shipping price as soon as possible. Please don't forget to include the full address and zip code of the destination.
Do they deliver abroad?
Although Grocer's online store does not yet have the system set up for worldwide deliveries, at the customer's request, Grocer's can deliver anywhere in the world. To do this, simply contact us at info@grocersfood.com and request a quote for delivery to the place and country you want, indicating the full address, telephone contact and the reference you want to send; if you approve this quote, you can pay for your order and the cost of transportation, and we will track it as soon as payment is confirmed. The estimated transit time will also be indicated.
What if I have more than one delivery location?
No problem: Grocer's can deliver 10, 20 or 500 baskets to 10, 20 or 500 different addresses. Just contact us by email or phone and we'll organize your deliveries in advance.
How can I pay?
Once you have chosen your preferred reference(s), you must select your preferred payment method: Paypall, Multibanco, Bank Transfer, MB Way or Credit Card.
Do I need to register to buy at Grocer's?
This is not necessary. Simply make payment and provide your order details. If you want to register and have a Grocer's account, you can do that too.
What if no one is there to receive the package?
In this case, the package can be returned to the transportation center in your area, and the next working day, the carrier will make another delivery attempt. This new delivery attempt will be charged to the customer (the amount varies from area to area), so we strongly recommend that you always have someone to receive your order and that you always provide the destination's telephone number. Depending on the delivery area, your order will be returned to our premises in Porto if no one is there on the 2nd delivery attempt; Grocer's will redeliver it and charge the customer the full shipping price.
Can I buy it for my company, which has around 20 employees?
